Frappe Launch - The Brief I was asked to produce creatives that highlighted Tim Hortons’ new range of products in their cold drinks category. The adverts need to work across multiple channels and on different scales. They had to feel youthful, yet luxurious and premium.

The Solution
Art directing for indulgence. I focused on tight, tactile compositions to elevate the brand’s cold drink category, resulting in a top-performing campaign that delivered an
11% lift in category transactions.

I engineered a frictionless flow for the Tim Hortons UK app and POS Kiosks, connecting high-impact Frappé visuals to the rewards section. By streamlining the UX, I ensured that indulgent art direction drives immediate user action and reinforces the brand’s loyalty ecosystem.
